Your Privacy, Our Responsibility
We collect only what we need to serve you well and we never sell your information. This page explains what we gather, how we use it, the choices you have, and how to reach us with any questions or concerns.
avraxwindows.com Website Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026
This policy explains how Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp. ("Avrax Impact," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through avraxwindows.com, including our estimate and contact forms, our offer page and our website chat. Avrax Impact is the company that sells and installs the windows and doors offered on this site. Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp., Lic. SCC131153459.
The Avrax Home Projects mobile app has its own privacy policy, published separately on this page.
1. The short version
- We collect what you type into our forms or chat, plus basic technical data about your visit.
- We use it to answer you and to prepare your free, no-obligation on-site estimate. We contact you by phone or email only.
- We do not send text messages. We collect no text-message consent.
- We use cookies for site analytics (Google Analytics), our chat (Zoho SalesIQ) and form spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). You can block them.
- We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.
2. Information we collect
What you give us
- Estimate, contact and offer forms: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and the project details you type in (for example, how many windows and doors, your ZIP code, or your address if you include it). We also know which form you used, for example our offer-page form.
- Chat: anything you type into the chat, and your name, email or phone number if you give them.
- Phone calls and emails: what you tell us when you call or write to us.
What is collected automatically
- Device and visit data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, the page or link that brought you here (including campaign tags in that link, such as "utm_source"), approximate location (city or region, estimated from your IP address), and the date and time of your visit.
- This data comes from cookies and similar tools (section 5) and from the standard logs our web server keeps.
We don't ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or other sensitive information through this site. Please don't send them through a form or chat.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your request, schedule and prepare your on-site estimate, and follow up about it.
- If you hire us: to measure, quote, contract, permit, install and service your job.
- To run, secure and improve the site, including keeping out spam and bots.
- To understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages and offers people view).
- To keep business records and to meet legal requirements.
4. How we contact you, and no text messages
- We contact you by phone or email about your request and your estimate. You can tell us at any time to stop calling or emailing you.
- We do not send text messages (SMS). We don't send marketing texts or informational texts from this website, and our forms and chat don't collect consent to receive texts.
- Any marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link.
5. Cookies, analytics and other tools
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): sets cookies (such as "_ga") to count visits and show us how the site is used, including which campaign links people arrive from. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; Google uses the IP address only briefly to estimate a general location. We don't use Google Analytics for advertising. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. See also how Google uses data.
- Zoho SalesIQ (Zoho Corporation): our chat. It sets cookies to keep your conversation going and to recognize returning visitors, and it records visitor information (IP address, approximate location, browser, pages viewed and time on site) and chat transcripts.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): a check on our forms that tells people from bots. It looks at browser and device signals and your IP address, and may use a cookie or similar storage.
- OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation): the map on our contact page loads map images from OpenStreetMap's servers, so your browser sends them your IP address and browser information. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
How to block cookies: use your browser's settings (usually under Settings > Privacy) to block or delete cookies, or browse in a private window. The site still works without cookies, but the chat may not, and form spam protection may ask you to retry.
6. Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only:
- With service providers who work for us, only as needed to do that work:
- our website is hosted on a server at IONOS and maintained by an affiliated company on our behalf;
- Mailgun (delivers form submissions and confirmation emails);
- Zoho Corporation (chat);
- Google (analytics, and the web fonts the site loads, which means your browser contacts Google's servers);
- Cloudflare (form bot check);
- OpenStreetMap Foundation (the map on our contact page);
- our business email provider.
- To do your job: if you hire us, the installers, suppliers and permit offices working on your project get the information they need.
- When the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety (for example, a court order).
- In a business sale or merger, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
No targeted advertising. This site has no advertising pixels or ad tags (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags). We don't "sell" or "share" your personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. How long we keep it
- Estimate requests, chat transcripts and related emails: we keep them as long as needed to respond and for our business records, generally up to 3 years, then delete them or keep them only as required by law.
- If you hire us: we keep job records (contract, permit, warranty and tax records) as long as needed for those purposes and as the law requires.
- Google Analytics data: user-level data is kept for up to 14 months; after that, Google keeps only aggregated reports.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption on the site, limit access to the people who need it, and choose service providers that protect information. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee it. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Florida law requires.
9. Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Your choices and rights, including Florida residents
Florida's Digital Bill of Rights applies only to very large companies, and Avrax Impact is not one of them. We still honor these requests from anyone:
- Access: ask what personal information we have about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix it.
- Deletion: ask us to delete it. We may keep what the law requires us to keep (for example, contract, permit, warranty and tax records).
- Stop contact: ask us to stop calling or emailing you.
Email sales@avraxdevelopments.com or call (786) 881-3081. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will answer within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
11. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for it, so our site doesn't respond to it. We don't sell or share your information for targeted advertising either way, and you can block cookies and opt out of Google Analytics as described in section 5.
12. Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as our social media pages and Google. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If we make an important change, we'll say so on this page.
